Strategy – Product Evaluation – Target Group Evaluation – Lean Design. 48HOURS is a new, innovative business model in the travel field we identified together with our customer, validated and implemented. The outcome are recommendations for spontaneous weekend trips based on personal interests, which can be booked short-term and cost-reduced.

Project Description

Transfer of an excisting offline business model in the hotel and accommondation industry to a successful online business model with the goal to tap and evaluate a younger target group.


  • Development of a new Curated Travel Model with real user needs of a new target group

  • Approach according to Design Thinking: Identification of user needs and feedback driven definition of the solution
  • Test driven structure of the portal. Starting with Landingpages and Facebook-Ads
  • Development of the product incl. step-by-step development of single functions and test driven optimization of conversions
  • Automatization of processes to reducte costs


It was great to work iteratively hand in hand with the customer and to get closer to an optimal solution by an MVP. Following Design Thinking approaches, we were able to to work user focused and test driven and launch a successful new product.
