Munich, 13.12.21. DieProduktMacher is pooling resources from various disciplines in its new Service Design & Concept division in order to be able to support clients even more efficiently in creating user-centred product concepts.

The team of product managers and designers is headed by Marina Adam, who has been managing international client projects for DieProduktMacher since 2019. As Head of Service Design & Concept, she will serve the growing client demand for Product Discoveries even more efficiently and, together with her team, ensure resilient product concepts for smooth implementation.

“In our experience, firms often find it hard to make sense of existing knowledge and put it into practice,” says Kamila Stanitzek, Managing Director, DieProduktMacher. “With this new division, we want to support our clients in moving from analysis to action and making the meaningful implementation of their product ideas possible.”

Marina Adam, Head of Service Design & Concept, DieProduktMacher, states: “We know from numerous client projects how important it is to consider the entire customer journey in order to uncover potential. Through Product Discoveries, we can develop digital solutions that deliver real added value. With the newly created team, we can offer a tailor-made approach to uncovering opportunities along the customer journey, evaluating and developing service and product ideas, and prioritising product functions.”

By promoting Adam, the company is restructuring its fast-growing team and further expanding its management board.
